전등이 필요해서 검색해서 찾다 마음에 드는 제품을 찾았어요

그래서 주문하고 보름만에 받았는데....

이렇게 포장해서 보내다니......
원래는 이렇게 보내야 줘야 하는데 말이죠

제품을 확인해 보니 제품 파손이 되어 있더군요

이걸 환불 또는 새 제품을 달라고 할까 말까? 고민을 했지요
일단 충전을 시킬려고 전원을 넣었는데.... 웬지 전기선 타는 냄새가.....

아답타 안에서 냄새가 나서 바로 선을 뽑았는데.... 연기는 안나는데 타는 냄새가 ....
그냥 쓸까? 말까 하다 단톡방에 올렸더니....

I h에이브이e received today the flash light that I h에이브이e bought from you. Surprisingly the product was not delivered in a box as shown on the internet but only in bubble wrap with paper envelop.
I do believe that this was not enough protection since there is a dent on the flashlight. Anyhow the real problem is, I try to charge the flashlight but there is a burning smell from the charging adapter and does not charge at all.
Since you h에이브이e sent a faulty product, I wish to receive a new flashlight and adapter IN A BOX as seen on your site.

What do you mean by video? What video do you want to see? Do you want to see that the adapter is heating up? I do believe that this is not something you can see on a video.
Besides, what I was really upset was, I ordered YG-506C which constitutes of: Flashlight+Battery+Charge+Box.
Where is the box? You didn't send the box.
Shouldn't you h에이브이e bubbled wrapped the box which has the flashlight? Why did you take out the box? I do believe this is the main reason why the product is dented and is faulty. Your packaging was not strong enough.
Please do send right away.
