The previously posted rumor was correct and Sony indeed announced a new RX camera today: The new Sony RX0 is an ultra compact and waterproof camera.
This is not an action camera and it’s not a GoPro killer. It doesn’t record 4K internally (It has 4K 4:2:2 output) and max time recording is 5min.
What is it then? This is a professional(!) device developed specifically for full-scale multi-camera systems to realize virtual reality videos, bullet time shots and so on. It has clean 4K 4:2:2 output, 40x slow motion, fast 1/32000 shutter, S-Log2 and it is 10m waterproof and 2m shockproof. 카메라 편의에 맞춰서 디자인 됐으면 좀 땡겼겠네요 ㅎㅎ
max recording time 이 5분인데, 영상용으로 보긴 어려운 장비같습니다. internal 4K recording 도 되지 않는것 같고.. 자체적으로 방수가 지원되는 1인치 센서 카메라로 보는게 맞을것 같네요.. ㅋㅋ 가지고 놀기엔 좋을듯 합니다. 하나 있으면 좋겠네요. ㅎㅎ
터치 스크린도 아니구 조작계가 너무 안좋아서 사용하기 힘들듯요
적어도 터치는 넣어줬어야..
액션캠 화질이 급격히 올라가겠네요. 잘만 하면 영상계의 패러다임을 바꿀수도...
