아무리 전쟁이라고 해도 양민 학살은 합리화 될 수 없다... 미군 뿐만 아니라 한국군, 인민군에 대한 양민학살 사건은 낱낱이 밝혀야 한다. 한국군에 의한 거창 신원마을 학살 사건 그리고 전남 무안에서 북한군에 의해 자행된 양민 80여명을 장작더미에 올려놓고 산채로 태워죽인 사건, 역시 북한군에 의한 목포시 연동 미곡창고에 양민 300명을 몰아넣고 학살한 사건, 그리고 경북 경산에서 양민 수백명을 수직 동굴에 밀어넣고 총과 수류탄으로 학살한 사건등은 철저히 밝혀내어 역사에 기록해야한다...
